6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

If an incorrect payout is displayed or paid out due to a software error or technical issue, ek999 reserves the right to void that transaction and determine the correct amount. If a connection is lost during a game session, the result will be determined from the game record.

7 Sports Betting Rules

ek999's VIP programme has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is given weekly on net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze level, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold.

For example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Moving to a higher level depends on your activity and contribution on the platform — reaching a specific turnover threshold allows automatic promotion. VIP benefits may change at any time at ek999's discretion.

9 Responsible Gaming
